I am going to start calling the police on the drivers since they think they are above the law; maybe then BPA will care. Still waiting for the supervisor to call; apparently customer service means nothing to these people. How embarrassing. Aww, the children are mad at me because I speak truth. This way of making money is truly disgraceful. At the time the citations were issued, my vehicle was not parked unattended. I had stepped away for less than one minute solely to drop off an item. During this time, the engine remained running, the driver’s door was open, and the hazard lights were activated. I stayed in immediate proximity to the vehicle and was in the process of returning. When the enforcement officer approached and began issuing the citations, I clearly explained that I was getting back into the vehicle immediately. Despite this, two separate tickets were issued in rapid succession for what was a single, uninterrupted situation. Stephanie Collins delined my dispute.

These jerks went around my neighborhood in a culdesac and put yellow stickers on all of the parked cars. What do you people think? Everyone here in our neighborhood drives our cars, my girlfriend rarely drives and she works from home and it’s in front of our house BUT it does get driven. You people are sickening. It’s not like everyone’s car is parked in a place where the public needs to park, it’s in-front of our home. I will move it to our driveway if it’s such a big deal and put my car there that I drive every day. Idk what you guys think you are fixing but go ticket the cars parked out on the main roads not in neighborhoods.

Giving less then one star absolutely terrible experience. Got a ticket in front of Apollo last night. Evidently administered 5-10 minutes after we paid. Didn't know until we left. Had not even been there 2 hours!!! Tried to call and my husband got fax 3 times. Said you had to appeal it said on ticket magistrate will give you a court time. Not doing that!!! Had receipt photo from credit card and receipt from Apollo. Because of the aggravation he ended up paying it. I called and got a person. Said we can't get a refund if paid on line Done with Bethlehem---Don't trust the kiosk system and don't trust the safety of the garage if coming out in the dark.

The people who work with this institution are insufferable and incapable of shame. I am a student who is currently paying an intense amount of monthly interest on a student loan and have very little expendable monthly income (roughly 100$-200$). Despite this, the BPA has sold me parking passes at exorbitant rates that DO NOT GUARANTEE A SPACE, and has summoned me to court for tickets that I didn’t pay as a result of them not displaying them on their own page. They have ticketed me within the allotted free parking hours, ticketed me 2 minutes after parking before I could pay for it, neglected to leave physical tickets leading to me not paying them until fees are added, among others, with all appeals being denied despite photographic evidence.
