I normally don’t leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel it’s important to warn others. We’ve relied on this company for years, assuming they were professionals who stood by their work. Unfortunately, that assumption was wrong. We hired them to fix our hot water heater. Instead of a smooth service call, their technician flooded our laundry room by making a mistake. While we did our best to clean up, water seeped under the flooring, causing obvious damage. When I reached out to the company, hoping they’d take accountability, I was met with excuses and blame-shifting. Their response? My family has trusted this company and has been a loyal customer for TWENTY years. After this, they will not be used again. They flooded my parents’ laundry room during a routine service call for their hot water heater. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the damage on the fact that there wasn’t a drainage pan under the unit— EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO INSTALLED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. And of course, there was never ever any mention of a pan at the time. A respectable, professional installer would have advised the customer on whether a pan is necessary, rather than expecting them to know to ask for one. I called Bettag Plumbing on a Friday afternoon about a toilet issue. The guy said he would call me back the following week regarding a time. A week passed by and I had not heard a thing. I called them the following Friday and a nice lady answered saying he is on lunch and would call me in 10-15 minutes. I NEVER got a phone call back. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Bettag Plumbing if you are having plumbing issues.

Our AC went out late on a Friday evening and Adam had us back up and running on Saturday morning. Super thankful for the quick response! Adam & crew always do great work. Highly recommend.

Long story short, our water heater exploded this afternoon. I was at work. My wife was at home when she heard a loud BOOM. called you guy’s up and in less than an hour, they were here replacing it. 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much
