I've been with Bettencourt Pest Control for years and have always had professional service and there technicians are friendly and courteous. When I've had any issues in the past they've been out to take care it and they'll bend over backwards to meet your needs. My gates are usually locked so I'll receive a call the night before just to let me know that he's coming out to spray and when they're finished the gate is always re-locked.
