Better Air

Kenny was my tech and he was great. Looked at my system and said my vents didn't need cleaning. He was honest, he could have given the vents a cursory cleaning and charged me $700.00 and I wouldn't have known the difference. I highly recommend Better Air. They're very honest.

Mario came out and did a wonderful job. He was punctual, called ahead of time when he was on his way, was very clean and efficient, and did a good job explaining what he was doing as he did it. He was even able to give me advice about another issue I had in my basement. I also had a wonderful customer service experience with the office staff when calling in. Steve who scheduled my appointment was great and explained my option so well without pressuring me or trying to up sell me. Really appreciated the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent experience from initial phone call with Steve giving thorough information, making appointment and follow up reminder to having Stanley, their outstanding technician, explaining everything as he went along. Showed many before and after photos. Replaced everything exactly where it was and answered any questions we asked. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
