I recently had HVAC ductwork cleaning completed at my residence and technicians Taylor and Peyton delivered exemplary service. Both arrived on schedule, conducted themselves with professionalism and clearly outlined the scope of work prior to beginning the job. Throughout the service Taylor and Peyton demonstrated strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. They provided before, and after documentation, maintained clean work areas and ensured all equipment and protective materials were used appropriately. Their work was efficient, thorough, and performed to a high standard. The improvement in system performance, and overall air quality was immediately noticeable. This company was recommended to me by another HVAC company in town specifically because they do great ventilation installs. I needed all new vents installed in my crawlspace and Better Air Northwest did a great job. They removed the old damaged vents, redirected my dryer vent out the front of the house, and cleaned out the air return to my furnace. Now my house has consistent heat throughout and I feel like the air in cleaner. Thank you Vinny and Kody for helping me out! These two technicians went above and beyond and even hand polished the floor vents into the house.

Stellar service! Jason and Vlad were absolutely amazing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They communicated with me prior to arrival and explained the process thoroughly once they arrived. Jason and Vlad answered all my questions, I felt very comfortable with their process. I appreciated that they kept the workspace clean and tidy, there was no mess after they were done. They went above and beyond with taping duct and vents that needed it. The before and after pictures were outstanding! This was the first time I used this company, I read some reviews and they seemed good. I had low expectations, since it seems like service these days is mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Jason and Vlad will not disappoint! I will be using them from now on! Great job guy

Better Air NW is an excellent company to do business with. They are thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. We've used their services in the past (2021) and had them back again again today (2026) for another duct cleaning. Shout out to Jake and Jordon! Great experience with Jake G and Brendan on March 3, 2026. We had our HVAC ducts cleaned (1st time in 30+ yrs) as well as our dryer duct/vent. They were efficient and answered all our questions easily. It took less than 3 hours. The air in our house seems fresher and lighter. We are hoping for less dust accumulation in our home.
