This is not the first time we’ve used Better Call Paul Flooring. We used them in our previous home and knew when ready in our new home…they were the ones to call. Starting with Gary who was amazing to work with. Then the installer Alex was just as AWESOME! Lastly, Paul. He is responsive, professional and overall trustworthy. My installer, Alex, did a fantastic job installing my hardwood floor. It was a difficult room in our 1870 farmhouse with low areas, six doorways, and an elevator he had to work around. Alex showed up on time, worked for 10 hours and was able to finish the job in one day. He took away the old carpet and all the trash and left the house as clean as it was when he got here. He was friendly, beyond competent, and he even hummed while he worked! Pricing seemed fair and the pre finished oak is beautiful. Five stars to Better Call Paul and six stars to Alex!

The guys from Better Call Paul, showed up on time. They were respectful of our furniture when they moved them. The quality of the padding and carpet was exceptional. My cat seems to agree as he appears to like the feeling of it. The salesman Joe had a bunch of swatches for us to choose from. And actually had the exact color of carpet we were looking for. I highly recommend Better Call Paul for your flooring needs.
