Better Choice Heating and Air Conditioning

After going without heat recently we’re so grateful for calling Better Choice. Layman got us back and working quickly. We appreciate his thoughtful and patient manner. We both had lots of questions about our system. Layman spent the time to explain his recommendations and suggestions. There was never a hard sell ever. We would highly, highly recommend Better Choice for any HVAC concerns. Layman is welcome to our home anytime.

I am so glad I switched from Apollo to Better Choice (BC)! Lamont was friendly, thorough, and professional. Best of all, BC was prompt, on time, and didn't cancel on me, as Apollo is prone to do, repeatedly, until I came to my senses and went with a company that cares. Be careful Cottonwoods, as this is only 14 months of buildup!

Will did a great job today! He was able to identify where water was leaking and fix it. Our humidifier was making an obnoxious clicking noise and he was able to eliminate it. He was also able to add on a carbon monoxide detector for me at the end even though I had not originally asked for it! Great service, knowledgeable, all with a smile!

The Service Tech. Robert Harrell was extremely knowledgeable and perform excellent service. Clean /service and evaluate the furnace. The best experience we ever had. Awesome Service performance a great company, I highly recommend this company.

The techs who came over and performed the AC unit and coil replacement were amazing, finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything once it was finished. Very happy with the new system so far.
