Better Climate Zone HVAC

They responded immediately by text to our thumbtack ad, made an appointment to show up between 11am and 11:30 am. It's now 12:40 p.m. and they are not answering texts, they are not answering their office phone -- it's like they have disappeared completely, and we stayed home from work for this repairs. There is a cold snap and we needed a heating repair. Just disappearing entirely on a weekday is not OK.
