We hired BB to fix some leaks on our roof in 2017. They came back with a several thousand dollar estimate including lack of insulation and ventilation in our attic. That actually surprised me because our home is that last home on our street to have the snow melt off the roof which is an indication of good insulation. At any rate, we hired Betterman Builders to do the work. One of the leaks only shows up in the winter time (weird I know) and I explained this to Melody as well as the married couple who did the work.
