Avoid at all cost! Super shady business. No indication that it's valet until you enter the building and are waiting in line. No outside signage prior to entry indicating price. All those minutes you wait get added to your time parked, even though it's just them retrieving your car and going to park it.

My dentist Dr. Frawley is located at 8920 Wilshire Blvd and used the valet service from ABM V Parking LLC and had a really bad experience. I drove my car to level P-1 on 4/5/23 to the valet area and gave my keys to a valet attendant to park my car while I was having my teeth cleaned. After the appointment I paid for my parking and waited for a valet attendant to bring my car to the valet pick up area. The valet attendant named “Brandon” (later discovered he lied about his name) drove my car to the pick up area and was swinging my keys while walking towards me and dropped them on the cement, breaking the key FOB both key shell and computer chip inside right in front of me. Nice people no free parking

Accidentally came into the parking garage, was there for less than 10 mins trying to figure out directions and charged $7 anyway just to enter and exit the garage. Valet attendants extremely unwilling to help and lacking in professionalism. Parking price doubled simply while I was seeking help from them. Terrible customer service, ruined my entire day. I have reported to BBB for charging for services not rendered.
