Beverly Hills Medical Center Parking

Horrible rude service experience from parking employees. When I arrived I was told valet closed at 3pm. Okay, I was going to pharmacy and they normally validate & they did. So , I attempted to leave the lot. My parking ticket would not work. I press help button. A female came to car - said to me , give me your card. I told her I had a validation. She said to me - do you want me to help you or what. I didn't understand. I ask how much. She said she didn't know. Give her my card. The tone was so RUDE. People began to honk the horn. I didn't know what to do. I backed out of way of others - went back to Pharmacy. They told me they validate my ticket & it should work. No one in parking area wanted to explain what was going on.
