I am so impressed with the customer service and overall work that Bevins provided. They were extremely responsive when I requested a quote for a roof leak, so much so that there was someone at my house and I had a quote in hand within a day. I appreciated the detail provided on their quote as compared to other businesses and their timeliness. They were very communicative about the schedule for repairs, even through the constant storms we were experiencing. The work was complete quickly, the repairman was friendly and communicated throughout his progress, and the team was attentive and responsive to my questions. I even received a "Thank You" card in the mail. I highly recommend Bevins for your emergency roof repairs!

I cannot recommend Bevins Roofing enough. They are a small, family owned business, who provides excellent customer service. They do have only one crew, that only does one job at a time. The advantage to this is that they will make sure that your project is finished Before doing anything else. Because they are a small business, their prices are excellent. They provide the same materials and warranties as the larger roofing companies in town, but at a fraction of the price. Several houses in my neighborhood have been re-roofed, including my own, by Bevins, and they look amazing. Was looking to replace my roof got several quotes including Bevins, who was highly recommend to me from neighbors. During my phone call for a quote I was left on the phone while secretary had a gossip session instead of responding to me on the phone. I went ahead an scheduled the quote meeting and was met with a very poor customer service experience. I was happy to see that they were the cheapest with all their recommendations and ready to move forward, however, when I contacted GAF about their certified installer number and warranties they included on my paperwork I was sad to find out that the materials were under no warranty as they had not filled proper paperwork. Discovered a leak in the roof over my covered porch on a Sunday evening, called Bevins Roofing Monday first thing Monday morning, had a call back that same day and set up a meeting for a repair inspection & quote Tuesday morning. Quote received via email Tuesday mid-day. Signed and returned and set repair for Friday morning. Repair fully completed by Friday mid-day. I've used Bevins Roofing services on both of my properties and have always been satisfied with their communication and workmanship.

I have had two houses that I own where Bevins replaced the roof, one three years ago snd the one I live in 11 years ago. I had had no, zero issues with the roofs. If and when another one, I will call Bevins.
