Beyer Heating

Nov 2025 Update: learned today, when installing a humidifier for the furnace, Beyer did not do so properly (see photo in red) I had my water heater company come out and check some leaking that was occurring (the section that Beyer had touched, ended up costing $290 to have fixed; photo in green). Aug 2025: While I am putting 5 stars for Beyer Heating (as they were quick to come out, identify the issue and ultimately resolved it as soon as they could), I want to forewarn future customers that may be having their furnace replaced with Trane. I had a leak in my steam boiler . Beyer came out that dayx diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the following morning. Great company to work with. FIVE STAR!

Seven years ago, I bought an AC unit from this company, A month ago I bought a furnace from this company, This past Saturday my AC stopped working and I called them for an emergency visit and they ghosted me. I called them Sunday and said just come on out Monday so I don’t have to pay the Weekend service fee. They came out Monday found that I needed a capacitor. It took him 10 minutes to diagnose and fix it. Then he checked something on my furnace and change the filter that I already had. They said it was a 45 minute visit which I don’t believe it was that long and they charged me $500. I can understand the service fee and the diagnosing but they charged me $215 for the capacitor. Which you can buy at Lowe’s for $15. And I even called a couple of heating and cooling businesses in the area

This is the second job Beyer Heating and Cooling has done for us (installed a set of AC units for our duplex). Ari came by to evaluate what was needed, and gave us great and informative options/recommendations. He provided us a quote that couldn't be beat for the quality of service and product provided. On the day of installation, Ari's crew was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of the property. Ari, his crew, and office staff were responsive to all my questions and concerns. In the end, they did an amazing job and will be the first ones I call for my HVAC needs.

They did a good job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. However, when I tried to set up a routine yearly maintenance with them, I was able to contact their telephone service but not contact anybody in the office. The telephone service said somebody would contact me within a few minutes to set up an appointment. Four days later somebody finally called. By then I had already contracted with somebody else to do the job
