Beyond Pool Cleaning

What an amazing pool service company. By far the best I've ever used in the Phoenix area. They are always reliable and their communication is top notch. With the weekly service reports that include photos, the honesty with repair assessments, and the overall transparency, I always felt like I had peace of mind knowing they were on the job. If I ever move back to Phoenix there is no doubt I will be hiring them again.

We’ve been so happy since we switched pool services to Beyond Pools. They have communicated well. They’ve come by weekly, sometimes twice a week just to check and make sure everything is running efficiently. It’s been a couple months working with them, and we’re so thankful for the opportunity and grateful for what they’ve provided. Five stars, wonderful service, completely recommend this business.

The office staff that handles the phone and scheduling is very nice but the techs that do the service are not good at all. I never had to think about my pools so much as to when I switched to this company. Originally, we had 3 pools with this company, we have fired them from all 3 of those pools. At our home pool, they could not figure out how to set the equipment properly. At my two rental properties, 1) they continually suggested repairs and at the beginning I signed off on them without question- I believe the techs get paid for creating repair work 2) they told me my 4 year old pool pump needed to be replaced - a $3000 ticket item. I had a certified pro come look who said it was crazy and it worked fine and the pump should last 15 years. 3) they do not clean the pool well , see attached

We are exceptionally pleased with the service Beyond Pool Cleaning has provided for us. We are Snow-Birds, so knowing our pool is being properly cleaned and cared for is very important to us. They actually send photos of the work they have completed each week; cleaning of the skimmer and pre-filter sock as well as back washing the filter and cleanliness of the tile. We recommend Beyond Pool as the best service we have had in over 17 years!

This pool service company is as good as it gets. Efficient and reliable pool cleaning. They hire guys with good character and work habits. They will very happily upgrade your pool equipment but listen to a "no thanks".
