We just had a plumbing emergency. Jake showed up about 30 minutes after the call was placed. Being that we’re in this lovely pandemic he asked if we preferred that he wear a mask (and since my wife is 8 months pregnant we said yes). He had no problems doing so. He was professional and very polite. Even explained some of what he was doing, as he was doing it. 5/5 definitely recommend. Would 100% use again. Thanks again Jake!

Beyond Reality just completed the finish plumbing on our newly built Harpe home. I've seen many houses in my life and the work Jake did is unparalleled. I'm blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I can honestly say that I've never seen residential plumbing done this well. He truly is a master of his trade. Sanitary pump went out in our new home,2 weeks old,the new one was installed all crooked...I mentioned it,they don't seem to care...I guess I'll fix it myself...
