We’ve used this company twice now, and each time they’ve exceeded our expectations. Beyond waterproofing, their efficiency and the quality of their work truly stand out. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were both professional and friendly. What impressed us most was the owner personally checking in on the job to ensure everything was going smoothly, Rafael taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why, and Santiago making sure his crew’s work was done correctly. That level of care, communication, and attention to detail gave us real confidence in the process. We hope this is the last time we’ll need waterproofing, but if we ever do, we’ll definitely call them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service!

From the very first phone I made I spoke with Michelle in the office. Very kind and helpful and also kept in touch with us . Michelle set me up with the owner Neil who came to our home. Neil was wonderful and knew exactly what needed to be done inside and outside to fix our wet basement. Kevin the supervisor of the crew who came to our home and explained everything again to us. Then then started the work a week later in the dead of winter doing what they do best. Kevin has an amazing team of men that really take pride in their work. Very hard workers , polite and showed up everyday and were punctual. These men worked harder then I have ever seen and they worked as team.
