I recently took the ITIL 4 Foundation Training Course with Beyond20 and was very impressed with the materials and instruction provided. My instructor, Amanda, was very knowledgeable, was able to answer questions swiftly, and used examples that were easy to understand to help students learn the content. There was A LOT of material to cover in a 2 day class, but I was able to pass the test and obtain the certification on the first try!

I recently completed ITIL Foundations with Beyond20 and it was FANTASTIC! Not only was our trainer Erika Flora knowledgeable, but she was awesome in her delivery! She had a very positive attitude and made sure that we all were 100% confident in our ability to pass the exam and become certified. I'm pleased to announced that after confirmation today from Erika, our entire group passed! I look forward to working with Beyond20 again in the future for more training needs.

I took the ITIL Foundations course with David and Amanda in April 2017. I was very impressed with the methodology and approach used to teach such a large amount of content in a short time. Not only did they do an amazing job of preparing me for the certification test, I felt I actually left the course having absorbed the most important overall ITIL principles and approaches. The blended learning approach helped keep us all engaged. I would highly recommend it to everyone, and plan on going back for my future certifications. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent training experience, proved by all 20+ classmates passing the ITIL Foundations exam the first time. Erika has a great teaching style and a fantastic grasp of the material, liberally seasoned with interesting and relevant "war stories". A very enjoyable and interesting 3-day class capped by her insuring we met our goals. I highly recommend this excellent training team in general and Erika in particular.
