Like another reviewer stated the technician never showed up and never called even after I called his answering service to verify that he took cash, etc. that same day about a half an hour before the appointment. Maybe this is the fault of the answering service. The lady with whom I’ve communicated was difficult to understand each time I called, but I was very disappointed that I had made my appointment a few weeks ago and then was told he would be at our house from 4 to 7. I waited all of those hours and had even called a half an hour before but no one called me to let me know he was not coming even as I called around 3:30 the day of the appointment.
