Such a great experience using B&G mechanical for our heating needs. Our heater broke on a very cold weekend. They came out twice in one day, identified the issue and didn't leave until the problem was fixed… until almost 1am. We then decided to have them replace the entire system a few weeks later, as ours was 27yrs old and we didn’t want it to break again. Scheduling and communication with Gabby was great, installation went very well and the unit looks & works great! Brandon and Remi are very professional, honest and spend time explaining things. The kind of company you want in your home. Will be using them for all of our HVAC needs!

Of course our 20 year old air conditioner bit the dust during the hottest most humid part of the summer here in the North East, so as always I did my homework and got 5 quotes from 5 different reputable companies to do a complete replacement of my furnace and a/c unit. Boy was I shocked at the quotes coming in, but I guess that’s the world we live in today in 2025. Anyway upon careful consideration we ended up with B&G mechanical,not only did Brandon explain everything involved and what my options were,he was priced very fair compared to everyone else and I couldn’t be more pleased with the complete installation. I had a water emergency today and contacted Gsbby. She helped me with the issue and had Brandon out here quickly during the busy holiday season. Highly recommend B & G Mechanical. They are an honest family owned business who show care snd compassion to their clients. They are a true gem!

Brandon and Remy were excellent at servicing my old furnace. Plus the clear explanations of the process was important to me. Additionally, I hit them with an unrelated water system question and Brandon was all over it, giving me the info I needed to replace some filters. Thx guys. Glad I found this local company.
