Bill was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. When we noticed some unsafe branches on one of our old maples this Fall, I called BG Tree Care on a Friday and Bill came out that same afternoon. He gave me an honest opinion of the state and safety of three of our trees. I really wanted to keep at least one, but asked him to be straightforward with me. I trusted his experience and expertise and based on our discussion, we decided to take all three down, and I know that was the best decision. Bill and his crew then came out to start the work just four days later and were done in only two days, despite very cold and windy weather that hampered some of the work they needed to do with the lift. Other companies wanted to simply cut down entire trees on my property. Bill suggested properly pruning in order to preserve and maintain the pines and other trees there, preserving the beauty while protecting my house/roof. Bill and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly quick and efficient. The team handled a few particularly tricky trees with ease and clear expertise, which was impressive to watch. When the job was done, everything was cleaned up thoroughly. Bill and his crew were punctual, knowledgeable, clean working and communicated well. I found them reasonably priced and easy to work with. They did a 2.5 day job for me and I feel my home and property are now much safer. They cut limbs and trees from around my house and rather long driveway then left me the wood chips for mulch and several cords of cut and stacked firewood. They even blew the leaves and debris off the roof and out of the gutters when I asked. I am happy to refer them to my family and friends as well as leaving this review. I will look forward to working with them again for my future tree needs.
