Tried MANY times to contact company via text and voicemail, with no return call. When I contacted them via their website to ask if they serviced the Springfield area (an hour drive from Salem), they said "Sometimes." I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday between 3 and 8 and he never even verified that in his response. Someone called and left a voicemail after 4 pm they were in my area the Friday before the scheduled appointment. I could not accommodate this, when I already made arrangements to be off work the following Tuesday when the appointment was actually scheduled. They HAD to have known earlier than 4 pm they would be down in my area, I would think. Then on Tuesday for the scheduled appointment, NO CALL and NO SHOW. I can understand not wanting to make the hour drive down, but

They made an appointment. They confirmed that they would be there. I confirmed by text and verbally over the phone. Then on the day they were supposed to come, they never showed up and we waited the 5 hour window. They would not answer the phone or return texts and they still have not. They never called to reschedule or answered or returned my texts to say they were sorry. Just nothing.

They remodel my bathroom and they gave me the best price compare to other companies I called . Always on time , finish on schedule . Thank you for your hard work
