Brandon Hayes, the owner of BH Electric Co., is amazing. After our electric pole snapped during a storm, NYSEG spent a day installing a new one. The following morning we phoned Brandon and he came right over and spent hours getting the house reconnected to the power grid. He made the entire experience more positive. We will definitely use BH Electric again! Thanks Brandon!

I had an emergency (of course on a Sunday morning) and Brandon from BH was the only one of the three electricians I called who called me back. He helped me figure out what I could do in order to be back in business that day and sent John out on Monday. All fixed and I'm so happy to find a contractor who takes care of the customer.

We moved into our home in 2021 knowing there were some electrical issues that needed to be fixed. BH Electric initially seemed responsive — he returned my call, came out to assess the situation, and told us he could update our breaker box, disconnect old wiring that once went to a pool, and later return to address the remaining knob-and-tube wiring inside the house. He completed part of the work, but weeks went by with no updates. I called multiple times and left messages but never heard back. Eventually, we gave up trying to reach him and went on with our lives, assuming the outdoor wiring had been safely disconnected. We worked it out. BH Electric came over to fix my circuit breaker on the weekend and it went well. Communicated well with me to set a time and he showed up within the time period with one hour notice, which I appreciated. Good emergency electrician services -- will take weekend calls. I appreciate them taking time out of a busy summer weekend to help me out.

We had BH electric install a 100 amp service, lighting and outlets in our newly built barn. Brandon was quick to respond to our phone calls and showed up when he said he would. He was great to work with on planning the project. Brandon and Ryan were professional and personable as well. They got the project done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Their work was neat and they cleaned up the site when done. Overall we’re very pleased and would highly recommend .
