Working with BHS has been incredibly frustrating from the start and should have thrown up red flags. After paying my 50% invoice down it took me nearly three weeks and a threat of a refund to get a response. We scheduled that the guys would be there at 8am, they didn't end up showing up until 10:30 with zero communication from anyone. I ended up messaging Bruce to find out what was going on. They then had to leave about an hour and a half after showing up because they didn't have the supplies needed. Part of the work being done was re-running the condensate line from flexible tubing to PEX. The guys only ended up doing a portion of it and terminated it back into the floor drain which was not what was communicated with Bruce. I explained things and they extended it but kept the drain pipe

Hands down the best! Megan is amazing to work with and very responsive and professional! Bruce, the owner, goes above and beyond! Answering all my questions during my bathroom renovation, made sure to check back with me even after it was completed. Justin, he is amazing at what he does! My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL now!
