Bickley's was recommended to me by a neighbor after I had a very disappointing and bad experience with another local company. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. The owner came out and did the repair himself, Heyward, he was so nice. Salt of the earth guy. They've been in business a long time and don't do any advertising - all word of mouth. They were able to do the repair for me for over $600 less than the other company that quoted it. I wasn't looking to have the repair done for nothing but I also didn't want to get taken advantage of. I definitely recommend Bickey's Cooling for anyone looked for an honest company, a competitive quote and excellent service!!

They are the best!!! Lori in the office is wonderful and that is just the beginning!! Mr. Bickley and Weston are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. They always take time to explain everything!

I cannot say enough good things about Bickley Cooling. Our HVAC unit stopped cooling, and we called after office hours and left a message. Weston called us back and less than two hours after our initial call, our unit was working again. This is the second time they’ve saved us in the hottest part of the summer. Very professional, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Update: We have had other issues with our unit recently, and while the technicians are always professional and informative, the lady we’ve spoken with to schedule appointments has been rude and short with me and my husband. She is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Have used Mr. Bickley for years. Amazing, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His guys worked diligently today to replace the AC at my Mom’s house. Cannot thank them enough!!
