I love the weekly sales specials at Big 5. They have great staff that are knowledgeable and eager to assist.

Always wonderful customer service. I bought a cot for the holidays. Some reviews were not good. But the good outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, a bar bent and the material ripped after 4 days of use. I called and explained things to the manager. I couldn't find my receipt but was able to give an exact date and price. She gave me in store credit, and I replaced the cot. She was very kind and understanding.

Never have I experienced such disregard for a customer. The three of us went here on Saturday about 3:15 PM. The place was empty. There were three women in the front area. No one helped us, and one of the women sat smacking her gum and staring out the window. Three times I found items that were missed labeled as far as the size. nobody offered to help me find the correct size. it’s time to work on your customer service skills. If I had been alone, I would have made a comment.

This store though a but pricey has many positives to offer. The store is generally quick and easy to get in and out. The customer service here is immaculate and extremely helpful. I can safely say that this store also had a very good variety of athletic shoes, pants, shirts, and socks for most sizes. They also have braces, cool rags, and many other items to either start your sports season or to just have a good time with the family.

Big 5 is awesome. Management and staff is on point. They are by the book and do a really great job. They have a lot of useful things. Guns, ammo, sports supplies, winter clothing, pretty cool stuff. If you sign up for their email you get great deals also.
