Big Als Septic Service LLC

After several companies could not resolve my septic problem Big Al's came out found out the problem and were back the next morning with equipment, The fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. After weeks of dealing with other companies I can now flush the toilet, take a shower and even do laundry, They even found another problem I did know about, they suggested a pipe under the house be replaced soon. I wish I had called the first! They wil be my first call if i ever have any septic problems! Very nice, knowledge and professional !!!!!!

Customer service was no good. A pond aeration pump was incorrectly installed. Multiple companies confirmed the pump is incorrect. The county is now researching. I do not recommend this company and would give 0 stars if the review allowed it

Multiple phone calls, multiple frustrations and we still do not have the correct septic pump. He claimed he knew I was going to be a problem from the first day he came to our home. I am sure that was because I asked questions, questioned things and wanted to be aware of what was going on. I do not recommend!

Called and they were here in less than 24 hours to pump our septic. Great experience overall.
