I had a rusty old oil tank with a minor leak. I called several companies for a replacement, but no one could fit me into their schedule. Big Al asked for a few photos of the tank, provided a competitive quote right away, and was able to fit me in on short notice. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job installing the Roth tank. Very happy with the experience—10/10 would recommend.

It was time to replace my 30 year old beast of a boiler, so I started the process of getting some quotes. After discussing boiler options and pricing with 7 different companies, I decided on Big Al’s due to his responsiveness to my questions, timely and reasonable quotes, and of course, all the positive google reviews. Big Al really came through for us with our new Boiler, who we have named Bumblebee!🐝 After listening to our 1989 dinosaur of a boiler for all these years, (RIP Ole Blue!) it is so nice and comforting to know we have a new, efficient, quiet and reliable system as we head into the winter. Al gave us all our options and was knowledgeable about how to install this in our quirky home and piping system. His team came through for us as we were doing CPR daily on our system and we are so grateful to have piece of mind and this awesome machine that will keep us warm for years to come! We're in the middle of a nor'easter with a bomb cyclone and blizzard-like conditions. I wake to find it's 55 in my house. First phone call finds my usual go-to who installed the system and does my repairs and service in Florida! He suggests my propane supplier. They are closed and have one technician on the road. We had a challenge getting him in due to the drifting snow but the tech was understanding and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaces the failed part
