Have been a customer of Big Apple Pest Control for over 25+ years. Can’t say enough great things about their management, staff and customer service. Eddie and his technician Wes were amazing — quick, kind, and incredibly professional. They offered honest advice, and have reasonable prices. It’s so refreshing to find people who are both skilled and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. We hired them for termites. They did multiple treatments (3 in total) and said the problem was resolved. Turns out that it was not. The termites expanded and did extensive damage through out the house. Over $10K in repairs and the owner accepts no liability, Other than reimbursing the initial treatment fee of $500. I had to hire a professional company to get rid of the termites and hire a contractor for repairs. This has been a nightmare.
