Can't recommend Big Apple Plumbing LLC enough! Jason (the owner) took my call on a Sunday for an emergency double water heater replacement; he was at our house about 2 hours later and the replacement took about 3 hours. Jason and Disraeli (hope I'm spelling that right!) were fantastic -- professional, personable, quick to explain everything, and efficient. They were really careful on cleanup and ensuring we understood all the work they did, how it matched code, etc.
