Greg and his crew at Big Bear recently helped us completely finish our basement and we couldn't be happier! Greg was incredibly flexible and easy to work with throughout, especially considering that we didn't know exactly what we wanted upfront and were making some design decisions after he started. From the framing all the way to the detail work on the shower tile, the entire Big Bear crew was both fast and precise. The quality of the work was great. And even better, Greg was always a step ahead, helping us make all the tiny decisions for things we didn't even know about. Greg did a great job with finishing our basement. He gave a very detailed quote to start with, was very flexible and responsive. In our house, he was very respectful of our family especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. He kept to a timeline with delays clearly communicated. The subcontractors Greg used were also very respectful. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent and the basement looks fantastic! I have known Greg Bloom for about 5 years and had seen a number of projects that he had completed for a number of friends. Greg's work is outstanding and I was hoping that some day he could do a home-improvement project for me. Luckily I had a mud-room a house that I had bought that needed a professional and I called Greg. From the beginning Greg sat down with me and worked to figure out my goals/ needs for this project and also made some excellent recommendations on how the project was done. Once we were able to synchronize our calendars and agree to a price Greg build me an amazing mudroom that is far better than what I had ever envisioned. Greg's company is reliable and does nothing but quality work. Our kitchen backsplash needed to be replaced, and he was awesome. He helped with color selection, edging options, and got us on the right road. They were always conscious about cleaning up at the end of the day and treated us with respect. The finished product looks great and we get tons of compliments. We will certainly use Big Bear Construction in the future.

Greg did an awesome job on our project. We removed a few partial walls on our main floor. He helped us through the process of figuring out exactly what we wanted, coming out multiple times before we even started the renovation. He was very understanding and responsive with any issues that came up. We had to have multiple specialties come in (electrician, plumber, etc) and he always had someone ready to go when we needed. There was never any down time when we were just waiting on something to happen. And the results look even better than we hoped. We feel like we have a whole new house! Thanks Greg!
