I have a 1978 built home that had original ducts I had been wanting to replace for some time. I was having high humidity issues with a newer variable speed unit and mold started growing in the ducts so I called them. Dylan came out and spent a few hours trying to diagnose the issue. At the end, I asked what I owe and he said to not worry about it. I knew right then, this is the company I will hire to replace the now moldy ducts. At the same time, I was planning on getting new spray foam insulation. Big Bear worked seamlessly with Koala Insulation. Both companies coordinated their schedules to accommodate me. They removed the old ducts, spray foam came the next day and early the next morning, the Big Bear install crew arrived as scheduled. Their reliability kept me from going without ducts

This HVAC company in Sarasota is an outlier. They are reliable, trust worthy, competent, fair, and have given us the result we were looking for - an HVAC system that is running well again. We have a robust system and multiple other companies could not figure out what the problem was, but Big Bear came to our rescue.
