Big Bear Restoration

That is a horrible job that came out and they said they cleaned and they didn’t clean. They were supposed to move furniture and wipe the black smoke from the walls from the fire off. They didn’t move anything. They’re still fire extinguisher powder in the drawers and behind the stove. They charge 18,700 To come clean and then they charge to clean the stairs and I didn’t even touch it not even sweat. Then I sent another bill at almost $10,000 for the content so they didn’t clean. They wipe down surfaces and they tidied up, but they didn’t do anything. All these photos are after cleaning. No dimensions several items are broken and some things were missing and they haven’t done anything to compensate

Jose and Sergio showed up on time and did not leave until the job was done. They did a great job assisting us with our issue. They moved our cabinets during the process, wrapped everything to keep it protected from the elements, and boxed and labeled our items... Very good service and would recommend especially Sergio and Jose.

What a difference a day makes! Tyler and Ramiro came to the house in the morning to begin preliminary debris removal. By the end of their day, the areas of the house that could be accessed were cleared, breathable and debris free. Clearing of this type is overwhelming and they knew what to do. When they first arrived, we walked through the house and a plan was laid out and they executed it with ease. Tyler was great at checking in with me every so often. Ramiro was thorough as well. He found some sentimental and practical items beneath the debris and he politely asked if we wanted them. We did! Thanks Tyler and Ramiro for helping to get the initial parts of the job completed. This allows the next steps forward.

Garbage organization. They no showed, then eventually just stopped communicating with us. We had to project manager and hire contractors to finish the job. Then, sent us a bill saying there’s a remaining balance for work not completed. Avoid at all costs, even is referred by your insurance company.

This company has been the biggest pain to deal with. Since starting this process all the way back in late June, I’ve had 3 project managers quit, the general manager quit, and now even the front desk guy is gone… I’ve had things thrown away that weren’t supposed to be, and no path for accountability because the one that did it QUIT just like all the others. The lack of professionalism from this company is shocking, and there is very obviously some serious turmoil happening behind the scenes as they are practically out of employees at this point. Should have went with ServPro!
