Amazing work from these guys and gals. Smooth transaction, start to finish. They were able to inspect my roof without me having to be there. They were quick, organized and even helped me install a roof mounted ventilation exhaust. Replaced all my Rotten wood the shingles just look amazing.

We just got our roof done and couldn’t be happier. The hardworking crew was great! They did an amazing job and such a good clean up. The job supervisor, James was very communicative and helpful. We worked with Macon and he is just awesome! He goes over and beyond. He truly made our experience impeccable. Macon is such a good asset to a company. Macon came back once everything was done to be sure there was not any extra nails around the house. The whole team was professional and I will be referring anyone we know who needs a new roof.

Now that our beautiful new roof is complete, a big shout out to Jeff, Mason and all the folks at Big Bear. During a downpour this spring, water started leaking into all 3 floors of our house. In a panic, I called Big Bear at 4 pm and Jeff arrived in 30 minutes; within an hour, he had a crew there to install a tarp. Jeff worked with our Erie insurance adjuster (who was also amazing) and within a few short weeks, our new roof was installed and all the interior damage was repaired.The entire process was as smooth as silk and the guys were the nicest and most professional we’ve ever dealt with. We can’t recommend Big Bear enough for your roofing needs!

Big Bear recently finished our rood and did a wonderful job. I worked with Macon to handle the adjustments through my insurance company, which was as smooth as possible. He was very communicative and laid everything out clearly. They dropped off materials the day before the job. Once the job date got here, the team was very punctual and worked diligently. The roof was completed within a single day and we are very pleased! Was a very pleasant experience and glad we went through Big Bear.

Big Bear just completed replacing our roof and it looks spectacular! Not only was the job completed as promised, the team led by Macon Watkins and James Rouse, the work was done efficiently and they left the property spotless.
