We had a surprise issue on a Sunday, and within about an hour Will was there fixing it. He was really friendly and taught me how to fix the problem in the future, which isn't something many people do. I'd highly recommend Big Bear to anyone who needs this service.
my wife called and within 90 minutes Will showed up and pumped or septic tank and upon completion sat on the patio and explained what he did and what we need to do to keep our system healthy and working. Will was friendly, and very easy to talk with. I can not say enough about his work and his commitment to our community. I would give him a 10 out of 10 if I could... if you need some help give Big Bear Septic a call, you will be glad you did
Will is awesome! Had our septic pumped out for a very fair price. We only had one lid exposed and he had to dig to find the other. He is great, his attitude was superior, he was on time, even called to see if he could come a day early. He is gonna do some more work for us. We highly recommend Big Bear! Easy 5 stars from us!
