Megan did an excellent job showing me around the storage area and answering the questions I had in an effective way. She had excellent communication. Josh was very helpful over the phone when I decided to rent a unit, and he did so in a very professional way, walking me through every step. Units are clean, and pricing is fair and affordable for this industry

I have been with Big Bens storage for quite sometime and I would like to thank and let the company know that you guys have an amazing person working for you her name is Kayla every time I have called about an issue or something I have talked to her several times and she has helped me in more ways than one and helped me understand things and she's shown compassion and and the way she talks to you and make sure that you understand before getting off the phone call and asks if there's anything else that they can help you with not a whole lot of companies especially moving storages do that and I just want to show my appreciation and just let you guys know you have an amazing person working for you more people need more like her to work for them and it is because of people like her that I love

Renting a unit from here was great! Units are priced affordably and it is extremely easy to get setup. The units were clean and the facility is secure. I greatly appreciate how quick the staff is to respond and their helpful answers. I highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit!
