We are extremely happy and satisfied we chose Big Big Pools to build our family pool! They offered us the best price! Our pool turned out great and we love it! It was a great pleasure working with Jorge and his team; they made the process go by nice and smooth. Jorge was and still is quick to answer any and all questions we have! On day one I mentioned to Jorge that I was going to have my grandkids visit for a few weeks this summer and would love it if the pool could be ready for when they were here. Jorge did not disappoint! I had a great experience with BIG BIG POOLS!!! They helped me out through the process and answered any questions that I had. They were affordable and their price was unbeatable in the valley. They told me a timeline and kept it within what they discussed with me. I could not be happier with their service and business. I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a pool or spa. I had such a great experience with Big Big Pools! They replaced my pool pump and added a salt water system, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. This is a true family-run business, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They also did pressure testing on my pool lines, and when they found problems along the way, they addressed them right away. Everything was very reasonably priced. My pool is still a work in progress but I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. A special shout-out to Adrian, Jorge, and their father Jorge Sr.—Jorge was out here in 110+ degree weather, working his butt off to get everything done right. I really appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you need pool work done, I highly recommend them. H
