I wish I could give 100 stars to Angie and her company. Prompt and affordable service anytime I have called her. She has helped me both with my dryer and my dish washer and both times I was so grateful she made availability for me, was able to identify the problems and helped repair and made recommendations for future appliances when they needed to be replaced. Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Thank you for your service!

Angie did an exceptional job! I was so impressed on how quickly she located the issue, fixed it on the spot and even had a replacement part for why our dryer had been squeaking! She was a blessing and not overpriced!

Don't waste your time! Called for an appointment on Monday, March 10, 2025, for repair of my dishwasher (not functioning) and oven needed a new light fixture, and was given an appointment for "before 1:00 pm Thursday" (3/13). At just before noon on Thursday I received a voicemail message from Angie at Big Bill's indicating she was enroute to my place for the scheduled appointment and to call back to confirm receipt of her message, and which I did within a minute or so of the missed call receiving the message, leaving a voicemail myself that I had gotten it and was awaiting her arrival. When Angie arrived she asked the problems and I repeated the problems from what we discussed Monday when I made the appointment. And, since she was unable to get the dishwasher out from under the counter

Horrible experience. Overcharge for parts and totally unreliable. We waited for over 2 weeks to have our washer fixed. Angie called on Monday and said the parts would be here on Tuesday. The repair time was set for Wednesday before 1. Angie called and left a message she was headed our way. She never showed. I called and demanded she come today as she said she would. Angie stated she had 9 service calls and couldn't do it today. I said if you can't do it today don't bother and I called someone else. Awful service. In response to Angie's comment, I was outside when you called. You said in your message you were headed my way. You said nothing about waiting for confirmation before coming.
