Highly recommend. Went above and beyond expected service. Cleaned out the septic system perfectly and gave advice on helping protect it in the future. Every house needs a Big Blue clean out every 4 to 5 years. Trust me! 💩🫣

DO NOT use this dishonest company for any of your sanitation needs. I was building a home in the Somerset area and had one of the Big Blue Septic toilets rented. My builder and contract crew started complaining about 5 months in that the toilet had not been serviced since it was installed. Upon inspection, sure enough the container was about 3/4 of the way full. Upon contacting the owner Kenny, he stated that he had been servicing it once a week. I had personally inspected the system on back to back weeks and know with certainty that there is no way 4-5 individuals could produce that much waste in a 5 day period. This company has the worst customer service of any out there. STAY AWAY.

First of all, the daughter answering the phone, is a very honest person. She could've ripped me a good amount, and I'd have never known. That was greatly appreciated, and refreshing to see in this evil world. I took time to talk to her father before he left, and he's a good guy too. They also got the job done well, and cheap! I also recommended them to my own mother.
