Big Brother's Marble & Granite

Our contractor, Chesapeake Premier Remodeling Inc, (also an amazing company) arranged for Big Brothers Marble and Granite to replace our black granite counters with these beautiful quartz countertops. Carlos, the owner, came out to do our template. Carlos was so attentive to every surface and angle. His attention to detail and his answers to my many questions resulted in these amazing countertops. Suzanne was the nicest. She helped me make my counter top selection. Then Carlos the owner came out personally to measure the project. Within a week his installers were at the house and they made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would recommend Big Brothers if you are thinking of a kitchen upgrade. What a great job! The Staff was very helpful, patient, and extremely polite! The installers were awesome and friendly too! One expensive hiccup...but Big Brother stepped to the plate and fixed it with a rush. Most companies would have stuck it on me. VERY HONORABLE. It came out fantastic!!!! Kitchen is almost finished!!!
