I called Sunday night panicked that my AC stopped working and within an hour of calling Big C's & Sons, Byron was at our house fixing the issue. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I have found my new AC guy! Highly recommend

Byron was awesome! I had an AC emergency, and he showed up really quickly. He figured out right away that the capacitor was the problem and got it replaced in no time. Super professional and really knew his stuff. I’m so grateful for his help and would totally recommend him if you’re having AC issues.

My AC Broke down today and the Same day they showed up and diagnosed it. I had to change the unit since it was very very old. The next day they showed up and installed a brand new unit in my condo and they were super professional and on point. I will definitely use their service in the future Thank you

Byron was professional and quick! I called and he picked up quickly and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. He came just to service my unit when it actually needed repair.
