Despite assurances, Scott's delayed responses and lack of follow-through resulted in frustration and further damage caused by an unqualified handyman he sent. The handyman arrived late, lacked proper equipment, and damaged additional pipes due to incompetence. Scott's dismissive attitude and failure to provide a skilled technician reflect a lack of professionalism and customer care. Overall, it ended up costing me an additional $300 in repairs by a reputable irrigation company to repair all the damage caused by Scott.
