I had Big Dawg Home Improvements at my home today for snow and ice removal on my roof. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism & effectiveness of Matt and his crew. The work was done carefully and skillfully, and I am happy with the final outcome. Matt & his crew were a pleasure to work with and they cleaned up all the snow that fell and left my backyard and front steps cleaner than when they started. Matt was very accommodating to my work schedule and his crew was right on time. With winter right upon us, I highly recommend Big Dawg Home Improvements, you won't be disappointed. We recently had Big Dawg Home improvements install new siding and new windows in our home.We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Matt and his crew. The work was done efficiently and skillfully, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Matt was a pleasure to work with and he was very willing to accommodate our schedules. Matthew and his team did an amazing job on the replacement of our church roof. From start to finish, Big Dawg took care of everything: answering all of our questions, providing complete transparency, communicated throughout, and the end result is amazing. Such a great experience. The company was incredibly responsive and took care of the ice dam damage quickly. What really stood out was the reassurance they provided throughout the process, they made it clear that if anything worsened or the damage turned out to be more extensive, they were knowledgeable and available to assist further to resolve the issues cause by water damage. On top of that, they took the time to educate us on prevention measures for the future. Truly appreciated and very comforting to work with.
