Big Dog Flooring

The store and their flooring is awesome but the Installers were jerks! We bought luxury vinyl flooring and they agreed to put 1/4 round in. The contractors said they don’t do that. After contacting the store owners they made them come back. They were mad when they made them come back to finish. As you can see in the picture they didn’t miter the outside edges but just lopped them off. Also the door casings were cut way too high and they look terrible.

I have purchased carpet at Big Dog flooring twice now. Curtis and Billy installed my carpet yesterday and they were the best! They spent a lot of time making sure the pattern matched at the seams and they did a great job! They were polite, kind, considerate, and I really can't say enough good things about them!

We have never had such great, fast, reliable, friendly service from a company as we did with Big Dog Flooring. From the one on one with the owner. To the salesman, while we were picking out carpet. To the installer laying the carpet. They had out entire house down in half a day.

Darrell and his crew were very knowledgeable, efficient, and organized during the installation of our carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Installation was also quick from time of purchase to completion of the job!

Big Dog flooring had a nice sale on some flooring i liked and I decided to go with them because they had really good reviews. I shopped around and was more comfortable with BiG Dog because I didn’t want some contractor showing up and doing a mediocre job or worse. These guys didn’t disappoint and my floors look wonderful. Many years of experience and they were very professional and worked hard. Thanks Big Dog!
