We had an excellent experience with Bigfoot Moving from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled our belongings with care, communicated clearly throughout the move, and worked hard to make the process smooth and stress-free. Everything arrived safely and exactly as expected. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, top-notch moving company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Where do I begin! I contacted three different moving companies to get estimates for my husband and I to move from Maynard, after being in our home for 39+ years. The moving companies were all very nice but Nick Maffeo from Big Foot Moving and Storage really stood out in our search! Being Seniors he was there to help us through an emotional and time consuming process. He was understanding, kind, and always available for our phone calls and questions! The crew he sent to our home on moving day, Naicy, Ivan, and Miguel were fantastic! They were polite, professional and hard working! The whole process went smoothly and at a very affordable price. We left our RI home in Dec 2022 and lived full time in a motorhome until this month. Called Nick at Big Foot in Dec to let him know of our new storage address near our new home in Pasadena, CA. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Nick get us posted about dates and eventually transitioned us to the West Coast team . We met the West Coast truck and the team was offloaded in an hour providing also a manifest linking to labels the Big Foot team had created when they packed and moved our stuff 3+ years ago. Tremendous experience and highly recommend.

Big Foot did a truly fantastic job moving, storing, and then retrieving all the contents of my apartment. Having used different companies over the years as I’ve moved around the world, Big Foot have been by the far the best. A huge thanks and kudos to Mike and the entire team. From my initial contact they have been professional, friendly, responsive, on-time, and highly skilled at everything they do. They are the first company, that despite some very delicate objects, did not damage a single item. When I recently retrieved a couple of items from their storage facility I was blown away by the care and expertise that had obviously gone into the packing and storage. I highly recommend Big Foot, they provided an excellent experience and invaluable peace of mind.
