Big G Roofing & Siding LLC

Big G Roofing was the installer used to complete the roof on my new build home. Since the build I have had one section of my roof continually fail in any type of wind where shingles are blowing off exposing the roof to issues from the elements. BIG G roofing has come out a couple times and replaced the shingles as all these issues are under warranty. Roughly 4-5 months ago I had more shingles fly off the roof again. I have been placing calls to BIG G to come and warranty the work and inspect that portion of the roof as I have had 3 issues in the same spot since install. For the first 3 months I left messages with the receptionist and never received return phone calls. Finally, I voiced my concern to the receptionist and an employee finally called me back. They advised that they were

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed in this company. They hired us to perform a service for them. A gutter installation. It has been months and they have not paid us the $5700 we completed and invoiced on May 1, 2024. They completely ghosted us.

We built our house 21 years ago. This spring added a roof over our concrete patio. The contractor for the patio roof showed us numerous issues with the siding and around the windows and doors where water was getting in. I called big g asking for a service call and never received a response. The wrap under the siding wasn't applied properly, flashing under the roof wasn't installed properly. Shoddy work by this company makes me wonder why they are still in business.

They did a roof job in 2016 and it leaked within months. They came back a few times but the issues continued w/ the leaks. I think there were ownership changes and other challenges but they were unnecessarily difficult to work with regardless. They wouldn't even send a copy of the original invoice or call back about appts. We had mold grow and cause significant damage to the interior and it's costing thousands of dollars and our health to mitigate.

Yes, i dealt with your company and have plenty of correspondences proving so. Stop lying. I recommend A plus roofing as they fixed our issue.
