Big Hill did a phenomenal job for me. The crew was polite, made great suggestions, and had a good sense of humor. They took care with all items, including fragile family heirlooms. They were on time and worked diligently. I've had some negative moving experiences; Big Hill is highly recommended!

Professional, friendly, and helpful from the beginning. The movers that arrived the day of the move were awesome. They worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. They went above and beyond making sure that they didn’t damage any items or the house. They even offered me sliders for a furniture item because I didn’t have the right size. They checked in with me several times to make sure I was okay with the placement of furniture and were happy to move things around as needed. Big Hill Movers delivers truly praiseworthy and exceptional service. We recently had a baby grand piano moved from CT to MA by another company, but after a limited attempt, they decided they couldn’t get it into the room where it was supposed to go. We then called Big Hill movers. Anthony came and assessed the situation, scheduled a date, arrived on time, and in short order moved and set up the piano in its proper location, taking great care to protect the piano and the surrounding walls in the process. The entire project from the initial call to sending us photos of the completed move was seamless. Would give them 0 stars if possible. They cancelled on us on the day of the move and then refused to refund. They did not show up on time in the window they mentioned. I called them and messaged them asking for ETA, no response and then a very late response. Had told them upfront that move date would change subject to other schedules not in our control and they said they are ok with that and I let them know way in advance about 1 change. On being late the day of the move they brought this up as if it they were doing us a favor. So much to support local business. Unprofessional behavior.
