Big Jerry's Fencing

Ok but not great. Positives: fast estimates, great customer service and a one-year warranty on all their work. Negatives: below average workmanship and quality of products. Big Jerry's uses wrapped/cracked wooden pickets for their fences. Construction crew is either poorly trained, poorly skilled or both. If you're looking for something quick and do not mind below average quality the first time around, this may work for you.

I was pleased with the people and the work. (I hired someone else to apply sealer to the pressure treated wood after a month or so. I also added an extra piece - steel brackets and a plank running through them - to the double gate that opens to the alley behind my home. The single latch want adequate, I thought.)

Big Jerry’s Fence did a great job on our new dog fence. They returned my call immediately and I had a drawing and estimate within a day. They were very accommodating and worked with me to get it approved by the HOA and installed when I needed it. The installer showed up first thing in the morning the day of installation and had it installed perfectly in a couple of hours. Great job, I highly recommend them for your fencing needs and I will definitely use them again !

John was such a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and had such amazing insight to share. Not only that, but when he came out to install our fence he noticed that our new build’s landscaped lawn did not match the survey and very promptly addressed the issue with our contractor and as a result we now have DOUBLE the backyard space. If he had not caught this mistake we would never have known that our landscapers misjudged our property line and would have been left with half the yard. We are forever grateful for John’s attention to detail and willingness to address and resolve issues that may come up during the fencing process! Highly recommend! (You can see in the photo how much lawn was laid and how much dirt the landscapers will now fill for us because John caught the mistake and fen
