Big-K Sealcoating

Hopefully they’re better at seal coating than sign installation. I wish I could add a picture. The handicap signs they installed were 3’ high and they bent the heck out of the poles. They offered to reinstall but the signs were still way too short. They just got sturdier poles. They also refused to fix the blacktop damaged from the sign installation although I asked beforehand if they would and was told yes if it was needed. They also changed the price. The owner sent his son to do all of the work. I was so embarrassed to show my boss the work they did. They didn’t do the parking lot, just the sign installation.

Did not finish sealing the driveway. He had agreed to use oil based sealer which I would provide. He used a hot box to seal the cracks then tried to apply the sealer when the temperature outside was 40 degrees. He said the sealer was too thick and did not wait until it warmed up to try to apply it. He then walked off the job with the driveway only partially sealed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS very unreliable and not trustworthy
