Kenny is a shady person who runs a scammy company. The reviews are filled with complaints about his dishonesty and lack of commitment. He makes big promises but can’t even keep his own word in his “contract.” We signed up for the “lifetime service” to have our yard cut monthly, but Kenny gave us every excuse in the book to avoid cutting our grass. He claimed he would mulch our yard as part of our contract and tried to charge us again, saying he didn’t offer that as a condition. I’ve never had someone “take care” of my yard before, and it resulted in a yard full of crabgrass all summer. Kenny and his workers broke our flower bed and told us it wasn’t his problem, even though we saw him break it on camera. He then tried to hide it by telling his workers to put it back up before they left.

I paid him upfront for five months of grass-cutting service for three different properties after he offered a “deal” for advance payment. He came only once in May and completely disappeared afterward. I’ve called and messaged him multiple times with no response. He took the money and never fulfilled his end of the agreement. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Do not make the mistake of paying him upfront — you will regret it.

At first, he was very friendly and offered to do work at what was a reasonable price - mowing, hedge trimming, leaf collection - twice a month for what averaged out to be about $42/visit. This began in late summer of 2024. He did good work. Fall came in and he offered aeration, seeding and fertilizer treatment as well as tree trimming and power washing for an additional fee. I agreed and paid him upfront as I did for the yard service. In Dec 2024, he sent out text messages soliciting sign-ups for lifetime services - all of the same services I already signed up for plus snow removal and salt treatments in the winter - another fee, but 'the service would cover everything, and I wouldn't have to pay another dime going forward.' ***AVOID AT ALL COST*** Be extremely cautious when considering this person for services. They require full payment upfront—often for a year or more of service—but fail to deliver on the promised work. In my case, basic services were never performed, despite repeated follow-ups. This business model is predatory: collecting large sums of money before rendering any service, then neglecting the agreed-upon responsibilities. It puts customers in a powerless position with little recourse once payment is made. I regret trusting this provider with both my property and my money. Unfortunately I too was a victim of this con artist. We paid up front for a two year service last year. Many of our friends also committed. There is one excuse after another for why he doesn’t show up if you hear anything at all. When you hold him accountable by asking when he is coming he blocks you. I am meeting with a lawyer to sue him for my money back inclusive of the lawn mower I had to buy last year to cut the grass myself and for the new service I’m going to have to sign up for this year.
