I would rate this company with "0" stars. This was the worse experience I have ever had with regards to servicing an appliance. Ken, the technician created such drama, reported I did not allow him to evaluate the refrigerator when he was alone in the kitchen. When he finished, he called out my name, I went back in to the kitchen and he informed be that he would need to order the part. I contacted the company today and according to Karina, the ticket was closed and I needed to contact Whirlpool. Apparently, Ken contradicted himself once again reporting that the appliance was tamper and the warranty is invalid. I do not understand how he came to that conclusion. I typically don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses but if you see my pictures I need to. About two weeks ago when I reached out the woman who reached out to setup my appointment assumed I had them blocked. Maybe, just maybe she didn't hit 1 to dial out since my number is out of state. Now yesterday, a gentleman came to replace the gasket in my dryer. He did ask for a paper towel to clean up and I gave him two. He asked me to not touch it for at least two hours. I open my dryer this morning to dry my clothes and I see he was nice enough to leave my dryer looking like it has 💩 around it. I'm hoping Whirlpool doesn't suggest they come to my house again.

First I scheduled with the warranty company for a 8-12 slot, they almost immediately after they called me directly and told me I have an 8-4 slot and would call the day before with a more accurate time. The day comes and they told me that they would be there 12-4. Day of appointment no call no show. So I called at 4 to see what's up and the office closed till Monday hopefully they don't observe presidents day or I'll have to wait for answers till Tuesday. Took a day off of work and now out money and no progress on my broken dishwasher. Trash company.

The office staff was very nice and professional. My service man, Julio was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong with my washer, got the part ordered and replaced very quickly. In and out, no muss no fuss.

Spoke with Mary, very professional and delightful to deal with. Doing their best to find a part for our washer. I hope that customers realize that it is not the fault of Big Country that they cannot find parts….it’s the manufacturers, they make it extremely difficult for repair persons to do their jobs for customers. If you are disgruntled, take the time to call the manufacturers directly & complain, they are the villains. In the future we will never again purchase any products from Whirlpool. Be kind!
